General Inquiries

How many parts per billion (PPB) of hydrogen does it generate?

HydroRise One produces:

3 minutes: approx. 1200 PPB (1.2 PPM)
10 minutes: approx. 1400 PPB (1.4 PPM)

For comparison:

Therapeutically effective range according to studies: 0.5–1.6 PPM
Standard electrolysis bottles: 300–800 PPB
Premium devices: 1000–1500 PPB

The values were tested in a laboratory using an H2-Blue measuring device. Certificates are available upon request.

PPB (parts per billion) and PPM (parts per million) indicate concentration levels: 1 PPM = 1000 PPB.

How large is the bottle?

The HydroRise One has a capacity of 420 ml — the ideal size for:

A full work morning (2–3 refills = 0.8–1.3 L)
On the go in your car or bag
Optimal hydrogen concentration (smaller volume = higher PPB)

The compact size ensures you drink the water fresh before the hydrogen dissipates. With larger bottles, the H₂ concentration would gradually decrease over time.

How long does the bottle last – and do I need replacement filters?

Glass Bottle: With normal use, it is virtually unlimited in durability. Borosilicate glass is extremely robust.

Electrode Base: 2–3 years with daily use (approx. 2,000–3,000 cycles). The lifespan depends on:

Frequency of use (1–3 times daily = optimal)
Water quality (filtered water extends lifespan)
Maintenance (regular cleaning is important)

You’ll notice the end of its lifespan when:

Bubble formation becomes weaker
It takes longer to reach full production
The LED blinks irregularly

Filters: ❌ Not required! The HydroRise One operates purely electrically without consumables. No expensive filter subscriptions like other systems. After 2–3 years, you simply replace the electrode base (the glass bottle can continue to be used).

General Inquiries

How should I clean the bottle?

Daily Cleaning:

Glass bottle: Rinse by hand with warm water and mild soap
Base unit: Wipe with a damp cloth (do not submerge in water!)
Allow all parts to dry completely before reassembling

Deep Cleaning (every 2–3 weeks):

Fill the bottle halfway with water + juice of half a lemon
Start cleaning mode (press and hold the button)
Let the cycle run
Discard the water and rinse thoroughly
Run one normal cycle with clean water

For Stubborn Residue:

Add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar to the water
Let it sit overnight
Rinse thoroughly in the morning

❌ Do not use:

Dishwasher (may damage electronics)
Abrasive cleaners (may scratch the glass)
Harsh chemicals

If you notice an unusual smell:

A light ozone-like smell is normal (caused by electrolysis).
If the smell is strong, perform the lemon-water cleaning process.

How do I cancel my order?

Before Shipping:

No problem! Please contact us as soon as possible:

Subject line: "Order Cancellation #[your order number]"
We will cancel your order free of charge and refund the full amount (within 1–3 business days)

After Shipping:

The order can no longer be canceled, but:

You may return the unopened package within 30 days (the hygiene seal must remain intact!)
You will receive a refund of the purchase price (return shipping costs are borne by the customer)

Tip: The sooner you contact us, the higher the chance we can stop the shipment in time!
